工作站简介
武汉市自然资源和规划信息中心(市地理信息中心、市自然资源和规划档案馆,以下简称中心),是武汉市自然资源和规划局正处级事业单位,致力于自然资源和规划信息化以及智慧城市的建设与研究工作,拥有测绘甲级、土地规划乙级等资质。中心拥有地理信息系统、测绘、土地管理、城乡规划等各类专业技术人才150余名,其中博士、硕士近80名,中、高级以上技术职称近120名;先后有8人获得国务院特殊津贴、自然资源部科技领军人才、省突出贡献人才及市级专家。
中心为自然资源部城市仿真重点实验室依托单位、自然资源部科技创新团队、自然资源部国土空间大数据工程技术创新中心武汉分中心和中国城市规划协会信息管理工作委员会依托单位,与国内外多家知名院校建立了长期的技术合作、学术交流关系。
2020年12月,经国家人力资源和社会保障部、全国博士后管理委员会批准,中心设立博士后科研工作站,并由资深专家构成学术委员会和顾问导师团。

根据工作站方向需求,计划招聘6-8名。

招收条件
具有良好的政治素质和道德修养,遵纪守法;
已在国内、外获得博士学位,或半年内即将获得博士学位的应届博士研究生;
品学皆优,身体健康,年龄一般不超过35岁(在本站相关研究领域取得省级以上科研成果或者在相关部门从事过相关工作且优秀者,可适当放宽年龄限制);
具备全脱产在站从事博士后研究的条件;
具有强烈的科学研究兴趣和良好的专业素质,富有创新性和独立思考精神,有独立从事科研工作能力和外文听说读写能力(外籍博士需具备良好的中文听、说、读、写能力)。

在站工作时间原则上为2年,根据项目需要可延长至4年。

01 信息工程方向(1人)
智能化电子政务系统技术架构与关键技术研究;
知识图谱、生成式人工智能技术在自然资源和城乡建设管理中的研究与应用。
所需专业:软件开发、计算机科学技术、数据科学等相关专业(需有一定工程开发能力或经验)。
02 地理信息方向(1-2人)
数字公共基础设施或数字孪生空间底座建设关键技术研究;
测绘地理信息关键技术创新与应用;
基于地理计算的空间感知与评估诊断技术研究;
基于生成式人工智能的地理信息响应与空间计算。
所需专业:地理信息系统、遥感信息工程、测绘、计算机科学技术及相关专业。
03 智慧规划和规建管全周期数字化管理方向(2-3人)
国土空间数字化治理理论与关键技术研究;
智慧规划技术研究与方法应用;
规划实施全周期监测网络技术研究;
BIM/CIM及智能建造技术在智慧城市空间治理中的应用研究。
所需专业:城市规划与设计、城乡规划学、城市地理、自然资源管理及相关专业。
04 自然资源数字化管理方向(1-2人)
自然资源调查监测数字化体系构建与方法研究;
自然资源利用与管理智慧方法研究与应用;

To further deepen scientific and technological innovation, accelerate the digitization of territorial space governance, the construction of smart cities, and the modernization of governance of mega-cities, and strengthen the development of high-level talents in the field of information technology, we are now publicly recruiting research personnel for postdoctoral workstations from both domestic and international sources. The relevant details are announced as follows:
01
Introduction to the Workstation
Wuhan Municipal Information Center of Natural Resources and Planning (referred to as the Center), including the Wuhan Geographic Information Center and the Wuhan Natural Resources and Planning Archives, is a public institution under the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning. The Center is dedicated to the construction and research of natural resources and planning informationization, as well as the development of smart cities.It holds qualifications such as Class A in surveying and Class B in land planning. The Center has more than 150 professionals in various fields, including geographic information systems, surveying and mapping, land management, urban and rural planning, and so on. Among them, there are nearly 80 individuals with doctoral or master's degrees, as well as nearly 120 individuals with intermediate or senior technical titles. Eight individuals have been awarded special allowances by the State Council, or recognized as leading talents in science and technology by the Ministry of Natural Resources, or honored as outstanding contributors at the provincial and municipal levels.
The Center serves as the supporting unit for the Key Laboratory of City Simulation under the Ministry of Natural Resources, the innovation team of the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Wuhan Branch of the Territorial Spatial Big Data Engineering Technology Innovation Center of the Ministry of Natural Resources, and the supporting unit for the Information Management Working Committee of the China Urban Planning Association. It has established long-term technical cooperation and academic exchange relationships with renowned domestic and international institutions.
In December 2020, with the approval of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee, the Center established a postdoctoral research workstation. It is supported by an academic committee and a team of advisor mentors composed of senior experts.

According to the requirements of the workstation, we plan to recruit 6-8 individuals.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Possess good political integrity and moral character, and abide by laws and regulations.
Hold a doctoral degree obtained domestically or internationally, or be expected to obtain a doctoral degree within six months.
Demonstrate outstanding academic performance, good physical health, and generally be under the age of 35 (the age limit may be appropriately relaxed for individuals who have achieved research achievements at the provincial level or above in the relevant research field or have relevant work experience in related departments and have demonstrated excellence).
Have the conditions to engage in full-time postdoctoral research at the workstation.
Have a strong interest in scientific research and possess good professional qualities. Demonstrate innovation, independent thinking, and the ability to independently conduct research. Possess proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in a foreign language (foreign applicants should also have good proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Chinese).

Postdoctoral work at the station
The duration of work at the workstation is generally 2 years, furthermore, it could be extended to 4 years based on project needs.

Research and application of knowledge graph and generative artificial intelligence technologies in the management of natural resources and urban-rural construction.

02 Geographic Information Direction (1-2 people)
Research on key technologies for digital public infrastructure or digital twin space infrastructure construction.
Innovation and application of surveying and geographic information key technologies.
Research on Spatial Perception, Assessment, and Diagnostic Technologies Based on Geographic Computation.
Geographic Information Response and Spatial Computation Based on Generative Artificial Intelligence.
Relevant Majors: Geographic Information Systems, Remote Sensing Information Engineering, Surveying, Computer Science and Technology, and other related majors.
03 Smart Planning and Full Life Cycle Digital Management Direction (2-3 people)
Research on the theory and key technologies of digital governance of land space.

04 Direction of Digital Management of Natural Resources (1-2 people)
Research on the Construction and Methodology of Digital Systems for Natural Resources Survey and Monitoring.

Research on the Estimation and Measurement of Natural Resource Value.
Research on digital methods for the full life cycle of natural resource utilization.

Salary and Benefits
The workstation provides generous research and living conditions for postdoctoral researchers. The actual salary ranges from approximately 350,000 to 500,000 CNY per year, which includes monthly salary (including social insurance and housing fund) and research performance-based bonuses. Additionally, postdoctoral researchers who apply for and are approved for funding by the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security have the opportunity to receive a monthly stipend of 3,000 CNY and a resettlement allowance of 200,000 CNY after completing the postdoctoral program. These benefits are part of a series of preferential policies (for specific details, please refer to the "Implementation Measures for the Management of Postdoctoral Researchers in Wuhan City").

Electronic version of the curriculum vitae (CV)
Scanned copies of the doctoral graduate certificate and doctoral degree certificate; for recent doctoral graduates, a copy of the student ID card, a copy of the doctoral thesis defense resolution, or a notification of the doctoral thesis pre-defense should be provided.
Scanned copies of the doctoral thesis and academic research achievements, such as papers, monographs, patents, or awards, that represent the applicant's highest academic level and research achievements. These can be selected from the aforementioned types of materials.
03 Recruitment Process
Applicants submit preliminary review materials to the workstation.
The workstation conducts a preliminary review of the applicants and selects candidates for interviews.
The workstation organizes unified interviews and notifies the candidates of the interview schedule separately.
Candidates who pass the interview will be notified to join the workstation and complete the necessary entry procedures.
Approved applicants must report to the workstation within the specified time for entry. Those who fail to report on time without special circumstances will be treated as automatic withdrawal from the program.
